Returns & Exchanges.

Not what you thought it might be? It's no problem at all to return the goods. We want you to be super happy with your order and love the products as much as we do. Our return policy is a really easy one. Just post it back to us. We shall accept returns as long as they are in the same great quality that we sent them to you in.  You will be notified via email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Our refund does not include the shipping costs. Also please note the postage cost of returns is not covered by Flowers by Shelley.

Exchanges 

Your return must be received within 10 business days from the date you received your shipment.  Once we receive your package, we will exchange and ship your new items. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Please note: Return Shipping Charges will not be covered by Flowers by Shelley. We will cover the shipping cost of your exchange item(s) to you.
